    • Meals ordered are delivered to designated collection locations.

    • Customers must collect their meals within the specified time window.

    • We are not responsible for uncollected meals after the pickup window.

  • DOORSTEP BY FRIS

    • Meals ordered are delivered to the customer-elected delivery address.

    • Customers will be contacted to confirm a convenient delivery time.

    • It remains the responsibility of the customer to collect their order on the arranged date and time.

    • We are not responsible for meals spoiled if not stored according to product labels.

  • FRIS APPAREL

    • Products ordered are delivered to the customer-elected delivery address.

    • Customers will be contacted to confirm a convenient delivery time.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for orders canceled within the allowed timeframe, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

  • We do not offer refunds for uncollected meals.

4. Liability Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy in our meal descriptions and nutritional information, but slight variations may occur. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.

Allergen Statement

Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have severe food allergies, please consider this before placing an order.

Halaal-Friendly Statement

Fris Foods (Pty) Ltd is committed to providing meals that are Halaal-friendly. While our ingredients are sourced from Halaal-certified suppliers, our kitchen is not officially Halaal-certified. We do not use pork or alcohol in our meals. If you require strictly Halaal-certified meals, please consider this before ordering.
